Starry Starry Night - MS Gala Music Ball

The Trish Foundation’s magnificent and very generous supporters banded together to raise $173,000 at the Foundation’s Starry Starry Night – MS Gala Music Ball at the Hilton Sydney on 15th September 2007.

Gallery Oscar

Gallery Oscar has again given generous support to the Trish Foundation, donating 5% of sales from their Art @ Christmas exhibition to the Foundation and also hosting Network North’s Christmas Cocktail Party.
Thank you to Ruth and Carlos da Silva, Gallery Oscar for raising funds for our research and for your ongoing generous support of the Foundation.

Roseville Tennis Coaching

Vanessa and Matt Thompson, Roseville Tennis Coaching continue to support the Trish Foundation, raising $280.00 at their Christmas Party. Thank you to Vanessa, Matt and the generous people who supported the event.

Ravenswood School for Girls

Ravenswood School for Girls’ Tudor House dedicated their fundraising for 2007 to the Trish Foundation, raising a substantial $2,340 for our research. Thank you to Ravenswood, every girl in Tudor House and their teachers for their very generous support of the Trish Foundation.

Trivia Night in Support of the Foundation

A great supporter of the Trish Multiple Sclerosis Research Foundation, Tania Beck is planning a Memorable Challenge next year and has chosen the Foundation as her dedicated charity.

Tania's Bowls and Trivia Night at Waverton Bowling Club was a great success and was supported by World Champion Bowler David Gourlay.  The funds raised for Tania’s Memorable Challenge will involve community work in Nepal and some of the Nepalese people will benefit, as well as the Trish Foundation’s funds for future research receiving a great boost.

Thank you to Trivia Master Bill Gilbert and to Tania Beck for not only conducting the Bowls and Trivia Night, but in addition, for dedicating her 35th birthday to the Trish Foundation and raising substantial funds for multiple sclerosis research.

St Andrews Uniting Church Longueville Support

St Andrews Uniting Church Longueville has again dedicated its Fashion Parade to the Trish Foundation raising $822.00 for the Foundation's research.

Castlecove Golf Club's Great Support

The Foundation has been the recipient of significant support from Julianne Brennan, Nth Degree Care Turramurra. Julianne approached the Board of CastleCove Golf Club with a request to dedicate the Presentation Evening for the Ladies Weekend Pennant to the Trish Foundation.

Garage Sale

Tania Beck has conducted a very successful Garage Sale in Bay Road Waverton in aid of the Trish Foundation. With generous and significant support from the local community and local shop owners and the hard work and efforts of a team of dedicated supporters, capably led by Tania, $1,200 was raised for multiple sclerosis research.

Thank you most sincerely to Tania Beck, to Waverton's generous shop owners, to everyone who donated goods, worked hard, purchased goods and/or food and contributed to the success of the Garage Sale and the funds raised for the Foundation's research.

Rotary Club of Strathfield Golf Day and Dinner 2007

On Thursday 15 February 2007 the Rotary Club of Strathfield held its Golf Day and Dinner dedicated to the Trish Foundation for the sixth successive year. An impressive $28,000 was raised for the Trish Foundation's future research.

Support from Harness Racing NSW

The Trish Foundation has been the recipient of generous support from Harness Racing NSW in dedicating $1,000 of the sponsorship funds of the Miracle Mile Charity Challenge Night to the Foundation. Sincere gratitude to the Sponsor, Norton Plaza Leichhardt, to Harness Racing NSW and also to Hon Grant McBride, Minister for Gaming and Racing and to Geoff Corrigen, Member for Camden for dedicating these funds to the Trish Foundation.

Generous Birthday Support

Long-time Foundation supporter, Lorna Thomas MBE has given unselfish support to the Trish Foundation dedicating her 90th birthday celebration to the Foundation, raising considerable funds for our research.  Lorna, a Life Member of Cricket Australia, who managed countless NSW and Australian women's cricket teams, was given the honour of tossing the coin in the England vs Australia Ashes Test at Bradman Oval.  Thank you Lorna.

Roseville Tennis Coaching and Roseville Lawn Tennis Club

The Trish Foundation has been the recipient of generous support from Roseville Tennis Coaching and Roseville Lawn Tennis Club. Newly appointed Club Coach, Vanessa Thompson and her husband Matt held an Open Day and Raffle, raising funds for the Foundation's research, personally donating the prizes for the raffle. Thank you to Vanessa and Matt Thompson, Roseville Tennis Coaching, all those who contributed and Roseville Lawn Tennis Club.
