Witches and warlocks, converged on Waverton Bowling Club on Saturday 31 October 2009 to celebrate Halloween and raise funds for the Trish Foundation.

Very capably organized by Tania Beck the Halloween Barefoot Bowling and Trivia Night was again a huge success raising over $13,000 for the Foundation’s research.

The event was supported by Tania’s family, friends and colleagues, Foundation supporters, as well as eminent researcher Dr David Booth, Sue and Doug Meredith DMC Digital and Executive Director MS Research Australia Jeremy Wright, who all organized tables.

Trivia Master Bill Gilbert, who has supported the Foundation since inception, entertained and at times outwitted his audience with professionalism and humour. Volunteers Margaret-Anne Gilbert, Ben Colchester and Erin Delaney worked hard assisting Bill and marking the Trivia questions.

Thank you to Tania Beck for giving so much time and expertise in organizing the successful Halloween Barefoot Bowling and Trivia Night, to the very generous donors of so many wonderful items and to everyone who attended and generously contributed to the funds raised for research.
